Edible week: Red Snapper

I apologise to all Ichthyologists out there, if I have this being wrong, but I am quite sure that this red snapper is. If I'm wrong I know. For the most my life object of my artwork was always animals and always in watercolor, as I decided, you "edible week" it saw as an opportunity once again to something with eyes to paint.
